PRIVACY POLICY

The Wholeness Method (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a contact form, participate in an assessment, purchase a digital product, enroll in coaching or educational services, or otherwise interact with us.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following types of information:

• Contact information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, and communication preferences.

• Information you voluntarily provide through contact forms, assessments, consultations, coaching sessions, or other communications. This may include information about your relationships, personal goals, religious beliefs, intimacy concerns, health considerations, or personal circumstances.

• Transaction information associated with purchases, payment plans, refunds, and services. Payment-card information is generally processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by us.

• Technical and usage information, including your IP address, device type, browser type, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location, and interactions with our website.

• Cookie, analytics, and advertising information collected through Wix, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and similar technologies.

Please do not use our website forms to submit medical records, emergency information, or information requiring immediate assistance.

We may use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and consultation requests.

• Provide coaching, relationship education, spiritual formation, assessments, digital products, courses, and related services.

• Process payments and maintain transaction and business records.

• Communicate about appointments, purchases, programs, and services.

• Send newsletters and marketing communications when permitted. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time.

• Operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website, programs, and services.

• Measure the performance of advertising and marketing campaigns.

• Prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

• Comply with legal obligations and protect the safety, rights, and integrity of our clients, visitors, and business.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING

We may use cookies and similar technologies provided by Wix, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other service providers to understand website usage, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, device information, browser activity, referring page, pages visited, and interactions with our website. Google may process this information according to its own privacy policies.

You can learn more about how Google uses information from websites and applications that use its services at:

https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

You may manage nonessential cookies through our cookie-preference tool, when available, or through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features.

Some internet browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, our website may not respond to every Do Not Track request. We will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals where required by applicable law.

We do not use information about relationship difficulties, religious beliefs, intimacy concerns, health information, or other sensitive personal matters to create personalized advertising audiences.

HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information for money.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our website and business, including website-hosting providers, analytics and advertising providers, payment processors, form and assessment platforms, email providers, videoconferencing platforms, customer-management systems, and professional advisers.

These providers may process information as necessary to perform their respective services and according to their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal requests, when reasonably necessary to protect a person’s safety or legal rights, or in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.

Certain analytics or advertising activities may be considered “sharing” under some privacy laws. Where applicable, visitors may exercise available choices through our cookie-preference tool, browser settings, or by contacting us.

DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission, electronic communication, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

DATA RETENTION

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and service involved.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws apply to our business, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the message or by contacting us.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at info@thewholenessmethod.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website, digital products, and purchasing services are intended for adults. Individuals under 18 may not purchase services or products without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If we offer coaching or educational services to a minor, those services must be separately authorized by the minor’s parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website without appropriate authorization.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

TERMS OF USE

By accessing or using this website, purchasing a product, submitting an assessment, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or services.

USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES

Website content is provided for personal, noncommercial use unless we provide written permission otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase digital products, programs, or services. Services for minors, when offered, require appropriate parent or legal-guardian authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information and for activity occurring through your account.

COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

The Wholeness Method provides Christ-centered coaching, relationship education, spiritual formation, non-diagnostic assessments, digital resources, courses, and practical training.

Coaching clients may be required to enter into a separate client agreement describing the scope of services, fees, scheduling, communication boundaries, privacy practices, cancellations, and other applicable terms.

If these Website Terms conflict with a separately signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls regarding the services covered by that agreement.

We may decline, pause, or discontinue services when a person’s needs fall outside the scope of coaching. We may recommend assistance from an appropriately licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other qualified professional.

NO EMERGENCY OR CRISIS SERVICES

The Wholeness Method does not provide emergency, crisis-response, suicide-prevention, domestic-violence-intervention, or other emergency mental-health services.

If you are experiencing an immediate emergency, call 911.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or thoughts of harming yourself or another person, call or text 988 in the United States or contact an appropriate emergency provider.

If you are experiencing domestic violence or fear for your immediate safety, contact emergency services or an appropriate domestic-violence resource in your area.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website and program content—including courses, assessments, frameworks, methods, videos, PDFs, exercises, worksheets, graphics, training materials, and writings—is owned by Jacob Reeve, The Wholeness Method, or the applicable content owner and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Purchasers and participants receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use purchased materials for their own personal purposes.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, republished, distributed, sold, taught, licensed, modified, publicly displayed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Prices, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are disclosed at checkout or in the applicable coaching or client agreement.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital products and immediately accessible educational materials are nonrefundable except where required by law.

Coaching clients may be subject to separate rescheduling, cancellation, payment-plan, missed-session, and refund terms contained in their client agreement.

Failure to use or complete a purchased program or coaching package does not automatically create a right to a refund.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use the website or services to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass or harm another person, gain unauthorized access to an account or system, distribute malicious software, interfere with website operation, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Testimonials, endorsements, examples, and descriptions of client experiences represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will obtain the same or similar results.

Participation in coaching, education, assessments, or digital programs does not guarantee marital restoration, reconciliation, healing, improved intimacy, personal transformation, financial results, or any other particular outcome.

Results vary according to individual circumstances, participation, decisions, effort, and factors beyond our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, products, assessments, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Wholeness Method and Jacob Reeve are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the website, content, digital products, assessments, coaching, or educational services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

DISCLAIMER

The Wholeness Method provides Christ-centered coaching, relationship education, spiritual formation, non-diagnostic assessments, digital resources, courses, and practical training.

Jacob Reeve is an ordained minister, former pastor, and marriage and relationship coach. He is not a California-licensed psychotherapist, marriage and family therapist, professional clinical counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, clinical social worker, physician, or sex therapist.

Services do not include mental-health diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or clinical treatment and are not substitutes for care from appropriately licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other qualified professionals.

Assessments, inventories, nervous-system education, and research-informed relationship principles are provided for educational and developmental purposes. They are not clinical or diagnostic instruments.

References to research, neuroscience, professional literature, or specialized training are educational in nature. Specialized training, including training completed through outside organizations, does not constitute state licensure or authorization to practice psychotherapy.

Communications are handled with care and reasonable privacy safeguards. However, because these services are not licensed psychotherapy, communications may not have the same legal protections or evidentiary privileges that may apply to communications with a licensed healthcare professional.

Coaching and educational services cannot guarantee marital restoration, reconciliation, healing, improved intimacy, personal transformation, or any other particular result. Individual outcomes vary based on personal circumstances, participation, decisions, effort, and factors beyond our control.

Testimonials and endorsements describe individual experiences. They should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or typical results.

The information provided through this website, assessments, courses, and services is not intended to replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency assistance.

If your situation involves abuse, immediate danger, suicidal thoughts, threats of violence, a medical emergency, or another urgent safety concern, call 911, call or text 988 in the United States, or seek assistance from an appropriate emergency or licensed professional.

By using this website or participating in our services, you acknowledge these limitations and accept responsibility for determining whether our services are appropriate for your circumstances.
