Transformational Training with Jacob Reeve

The Wholeness Method™ is a Christ-centered approach to personal growth and transformation designed to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, address what is underneath them, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, relating, and living.

WHEN SOMETHING HAS BROKEN INSIDE OF YOU

Maybe it was betrayal, trauma, loss, disappointment, unmet needs, or years of repeating painful patterns. Maybe you've simply reached a point where the life you've built isn't bringing the peace, connection, or meaning you expected.

Maybe you're questioning your relationships, your direction, your identity—even what you've believed about God.

Something needs to change. You just may not know where to begin.

Mountain Path Walk

THERE IS A PATH TO WHOLENESS

Real change rarely comes from simply trying harder, thinking more positively, or learning more information.

The patterns that keep us stuck often run deeper—shaped by our experiences, wounds, unmet needs, beliefs, perspectives, attachments, nervous system, relationships, and the stories we've learned to tell ourselves.

Jacob's Wholeness Method™ helps you understand what's happening beneath the surface, heal what needs healing, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally build a healthier way of living.

WHOLENESS IS ABOUT HOW THE WHOLE PERSON RELATES TO THEMSELF, OTHERS & GOD

___________

THE FOUR AREAS OF WHOLENESS

Physiological

Your body

& nervous system

Psychological

Your thoughts,

emotions & patterns

Spiritual

Your beliefs, identity

& relationship with God

Relational

How you connect, love

& experience others

___________

Lasting transformation happens when we understand how these four areas interact—and begin bringing them into greater health and alignment.

I KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO NEED A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD.

For years as a pastor, I sat with people struggling with marriages, relationships, wounds, fear, shame, faith, and patterns they couldn't seem to change.

But eventually, I had to face my own brokenness too. My life and relationships took me through seasons that forced me to question some of what I believed, confront things in myself I could no longer ignore, and discover healthier ways of relating to myself, others, and God.

That journey changed me—and eventually led me to develop The Wholeness Method™

My own need for healing—and my desire to help the people I loved and served—sent me searching more deeply for what actually helps people heal and change. I explored that question through more than 20 years of pastoral counseling, my family's own journey, the teachings of Christ, and insights from psychology, attachment theory, neuroscience, and more.

Across all of it, I began to recognize there was a recurring pattern in how people heal and find wholeness.

I distilled that pattern into five lifelong commitments that have since become the foundation of how I help people heal, grow, and move toward greater wholeness.

I'd be honored to guide you on this path as well.

THE FOUR COMMITMENTS ON THE PATH OF WHOLENESS

 01 — COMMITMENT

 TO SELF-AWARENESS

What is true?

Learning to see yourself, your story, your relationships, and God more clearly—and truthfully—by recognizing the beliefs, emotions, wounds, and patterns beneath your reactions so you can understand what is happening and why.

 02 — COMMITMENT

 TO EXCHANGE

What needs to be released

—and what needs to take its place?

Learning to release the beliefs, fears, wounds, attachments, and patterns that keep you stuck—and intentionally replacing them with healthier beliefs, responses, practices, and ways of relating and living.

 03 — COMMITMENT

 TO SELF-OWNERSHIP

What can I take responsibility for?

Taking ownership of your thoughts, emotions, choices, patterns, wounds, and healing—learning to recognize what is yours to own and change, without blaming others or carrying responsibility for what isn't yours.

 04 — COMMITMENT

 TO MISSION

What am I living for?

Moving beyond survival, self-protection, and simply trying to feel better—learning to build a life increasingly shaped by love, purpose, meaningful relationships, service, and what you believe you are here to give.

SEE IT → EXCHANGE IT → OWN IT → GIVE IT

READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP?

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you know something in your life needs to change—or you're simply ready to become healthier, freer, and more whole—let's start with a conversation.

Tell me a little about where you are, what's keeping you stuck, and where you'd like to go. Together, we'll figure out the best next step forward.
