THE WHOLENESS METHOD™

 FIVE COMMITMENTS TO   PERSONAL WHOLENESS

1. Commitment to Truth

John 8:32 - “...you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”

See yourself honestly.

Healing begins with reality.

Most people live from a story they unconsciously created to survive—one shaped by fear, wounds, shame, and unmet needs. Until that story is brought into the light, it quietly shapes every thought, emotion, relationship, and decision.

Together, we learn to distinguish between the different parts of ourselves:

  • The Ego — The part of you you developed as your nervous system adapted to survive the world you experienced. It seeks protection, control, approval, or significance in order to keep you safe.

  • The Soul (Psyche) — The part of you that experiences your thoughts, emotions and desires.

  • The Spirit — The part of you that governs your deepest beliefs, judgments, values, and attachments.

  • The True Self — The part of you that observes the rest and that can be trained to decide what to allow. The awakened observer, created in God's image and being transformed into Christ's likeness.

We also explore:

  • The story you've been telling yourself.

  • The emotions attached to that story.

  • The beliefs supporting that story.

  • We question which parts are true...

  • ...and which parts are no longer serving you.

Freedom begins when truth replaces illusion.
